This first step is all about connection. Before we dive into coaching, we’ll take a few minutes to make sure we’re the right fit for each other and that your next steps feel clear and realistic. Whether we decide to work together or not, you’ll walk away from our call with guidance, direction, and a plan you can start using right away.

Step 1

Let’s start with a quick conversation. You’ll schedule a free inquiry call where we can talk about what’s been holding you back and what you’re hoping to rebuild—physically, mentally, and emotionally. There’s no pressure or commitment, just a genuine conversation to help you get clarity and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you.

Step 2

After our call, I’ll send a short intake form to learn more about your current energy levels, movement comfort, and daily routine. This helps me design a plan that fits your life instead of forcing you into someone else’s. You’ll have space to share what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what “better” looks like for you.

Step 3

Once your intake is complete, you’ll get access to your private coaching portal and your personalized starting plan. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding strength, consistency, and trust in your body—one realistic step at a time. You’ll have guidance, structure, and support from day one, so you always know what to do next.
