You Got This Wellness Fund
Supporting access to strength, capacity, and rebuilding
for people living with chronic illness, ostomy life, cancer recovery, or burnout.
The You Got This Wellness Fund exists to remove financial barriers to safe, supportive coaching for adults rebuilding strength and capacity in real-life bodies.
This is not a one-time campaign.
It is an ongoing access initiative.
About the Wellness Fund
The You Got This Wellness Fund was created to support people who are rebuilding with chronic illness — not waiting for it to be “over.”
Many adults living with chronic conditions, navigating cancer recovery, or experiencing long-term burnout are told to rest indefinitely or manage alone. When appropriate coaching programs do exist, access is often limited by cost, capacity, or safety concerns.
This fund exists to close that gap by providing sponsored access to structured, coaching-based support that prioritizes pacing, adaptability, and sustainability.
What the Fund Supports
The Wellness Fund provides full or partial sponsorships into Stuck to Strong, a 12-week, coaching-based program designed to support strength, energy, and daily capacity in a way that respects chronic illness and individual readiness.
Each $600 raised sponsors one participant for 12 weeks of program access.
Sponsored access includes:
-
Adaptable strength and movement coaching
-
Sustainable, non-restrictive nutrition support
-
Capacity-building, pacing, and confidence coaching
-
Live 1:1 coaching and live group support
-
Structured quarterly cohorts
-
A welcome start-up kit mailed directly to participants
-
This is a coaching program, not medical care.
It is designed to work alongside — not replace — a participant’s healthcare team.
- How It Works -
1) Funds Create Access
Donations are used to sponsor participant access to the program.
2) Participants Apply
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
3) Selection & Cohorts
Participants are selected based on:
- readiness and commitment to participate
- financial need
Sponsored participants are enrolled into structured, quarterly cohorts to ensure appropriate pacing and support.
This structure protects both participants and the integrity of the fund.
Stewardship & Commitment
The Wellness Fund is stewarded by Jenn Moore, a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience.
Jenn lives with multiple autoimmune conditions, has a permanent ostomy, and is a two-time cancer survivor. Both lived experience and professional training inform how this fund is managed and how support is delivered.
In addition to funds raised, Jenn personally commits to sponsoring one additional participant for every five participants funded, as capacity allows.
The fund is designed as a long-term, ongoing initiative.
