As part of my mission to make wellness accessible to everyone, I founded the You Got This Wellness Fund, which provides sponsored access to my Stuck to Strong program for those who need support but can’t afford it. Because rebuilding your strength—and your life—should never depend on circumstance.
Not at all. Most of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, unsure, or starting over—again. You don’t need to be “fit enough” or “ready” to begin. You just need a willingness to start where you are. My coaching is built for people rebuilding after hard seasons—whether that’s illness, surgery, chronic fatigue, or burnout. Absolutely. My coaching was created for people navigating life after illness, surgery, or ongoing health challenges—including those living with a chronic condition or an ostomy.
As someone who’s personally been through multiple surgeries and lives with an ostomy myself, I understand the fears, fatigue, and frustrations that come with rebuilding your body after everything it’s been through. Every program I design is ostomy-safe, energy-aware, and fully adaptable to your current stage of recovery and capacity.
The goal isn’t to “push through”—it’s to rebuild trust, strength, and confidence in what your body can do. Together, we’ll work at your pace, with strategies that respect your health while helping you feel capable again—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Yes! I can create custom meal plans through my coaching app, Trainerize, to help you get started with balanced, nourishing meals. But my bigger goal is to teach you how to fuel your body confidently on your own. We’ll work together on meal prep strategies, label reading, portioning, and flexible planning—so you're not dependent on a plan forever. You’ll learn what works for your body and lifestyle.
Absolutely! My coaching is entirely online. You'll have access to everything through the app, including weekly check-ins, video lessons, and personalized support—no matter where you are in the world. Distance is no barrier to your success!
Most clients spend 15–30 minutes a day on mindset or lesson content and 2–3 short workouts a week. The beauty is that it's all flexible and designed to fit into your real life—not take it over. We'll make it work for you!
Prices vary depending on how much support and personalization you’re looking for. I offer options ranging from digital resources and small group programs to high-touch 1:1 coaching with full accountability and customization.

It’s not simply about financial need—it’s about supporting individuals who’ve faced setbacks beyond their control, and are ready to rebuild but need help accessing that next step. Through sponsor support, community donations, and my personal contributions, the Fund provides sponsored coaching spots in the Stuck to Strong program.
Each participant receives full access to the same 12-week coaching experience—because everyone deserves the chance to heal, rebuild, and feel strong again, no matter what life has taken from them.

Absolutely—that’s common. Before starting, I’ll ask that you get medical clearance from your doctor or healthcare team to ensure it’s safe for you to begin a structured exercise program. From there, we’ll review your current condition and any restrictions together so we can build a plan that supports healing, not setbacks.
Every workout can be modified to fit your energy, pain levels, and physical limitations. I have extensive experience working with post-surgery recoveries, chronic illness, and medical restrictions—so we’ll always prioritize safety, sustainability, and your body’s cues first.
